Molly Thomson is a sophomore Journalism major studying at the University of Oklahoma. Her interest in journalism is complemented by her interest in natural health and wellness. Raised by a vegetarian for a mother and nutrition and fitness enthusiast for a father, Molly has long been health-conscious, aware of the potential benefits of a diet full of whole, natural foods, and the hazards associated with one comprised of over-processed, artificial foods.
Molly’s enthusiasm is spurned by her desire to maintain her own physical health and wellbeing. Learning about proper nutrition prompts her to share her knowledge –accumulated constantly through reading and research, as well as through her own experience and observation—with others who are interested in being healthy, clean, and pure from the inside out.
